RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to sales made by LARA ARI to Türkiye, the European Union, and other countries and constitutes an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.


1. General Conditions

In order for return or exchange requests to be considered, the product must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns of products that have been used, damaged, stained, worn, altered, or rendered unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.

Once the product has been delivered, it is deemed that the shipping company has fulfilled its delivery obligation.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

Customers are required to inspect the package upon delivery and, in case of any visible damage, to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, the customer must contact [email protected] as soon as possible after delivery.

If, following examination, the product is determined to be defective due to production or shipment, LARA ARI will offer the customer an appropriate solution, such as reproduction, exchange, or refund.

For defective product returns, return shipping costs are covered by LARA ARI.


3. Right of Withdrawal – European Union

For shipments to the European Union, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products.


4. Returns for Türkiye and Other Countries

For sales made to Türkiye and countries outside the European Union, return requests are evaluated in accordance with applicable legislation and the provisions of this Policy.

Except for defective or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made and made-to-order products

  • Personalized products

  • Discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Products that have been used, altered, tailored, modified, or are not suitable for resale due to hygiene reasons

For custom-made products, size incompatibility is not accepted as a reason for return or exchange.


6. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, customers must first contact [email protected].

Once the return is approved, the return address and shipment instructions will be sent via e-mail.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that, depending on the bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.


8. Taxes and Customs Duties

For international shipments, all customs duties, taxes, and related charges (including customs duty, VAT, special consumption taxes, and similar fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.


9. Invoice and Documentation

Returns will not be accepted without submission of the original invoice.
